About The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled
Logistics Supervisor with strong experience in
dispatching, inbound/outbound operations, warehouse supervision, and
tracking/logistics monitoring. The ideal candidate has a solid background working in a
manufacturing or FMCG environment and possesses excellent
leadership and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations including dispatching, inbound receiving, and outbound shipments.
- Supervise and lead the warehouse team, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to operational SOPs.
- Coordinate closely with production, inventory, and transport teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
- Monitor and track shipments, fleet movement, and delivery performance.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation such as delivery receipts, waybills, dispatch schedules, and inventory records.
- Implement and maintain warehouse layout, storage systems, and safety standards.
- Analyze logistics performance and recommend process improvements.
- Manage manpower scheduling, performance monitoring, and team development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or any related field.
- At least 35 years of experience in logistics or warehouse supervision.
- Strong background in dispatching, inbound/outbound operations, and warehouse management.
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledgeable in shipment tracking systems and logistics documentation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
