Arrangement and control of sea and air transportation operations, strictly control the timeliness of SLA according to the status of HUB, DC air and sea transportation, connect with suppliers, book space reasonably, monitor shipment abnormalities, and ensure normal air and sea shipments.
Carrier KPI assessment, sorting out the carrier's operating data on a monthly basis, evaluating the unfulfilled projects according to the supplier's KPI according to the actual operating indicators, and handling the appeals raised by the carrier.
Qualifications
Bachelor(s) Degree in Operations/Logistics/Industrial Engineer or any related course.
Open to Fresh Graduates that are good in Microsoft Excel, Data analyzation and Coordination.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders.
