Position Overview
Responsible for encoding and updating all inventory-related transactions in SAP.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all details entered and posted in SAP are accurate and aligned with the information reflected in the Tracking Form, RTS, and WTS.
- Participate in the reconciliation of floating stocks recorded in SAP.
- Perform the filing and proper safekeeping of all documents related to warehouse transactions (e.g., Receiving Tally Sheet, Withdrawal Tally Sheet, etc.).
- Follow guidelines based on quality assurance and quality control standards while inside the storage facility (e.g., FSSC, NSF, GWP, etc.).
- Immediately report any irregularities to your superior for proper action.Perform special projects or any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Education
Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or have equivalent work experience.
Experience
Should have prior experience in data encoding and excellent typing skills.

Should possess strong analytical skills
