Capture photos and videos of all uploaded media content across assigned sites, as required.
Conduct daily monitoring of photos and videos at all sites to verify content availability, accuracy, and compliance with approved materials.
Ensure the timely and accurate submission of all required documentation for uploaded media content.
Retrieve photos, videos, and documents upon request.
Control access to documentation in accordance with company policies.
Remove, archive, or dispose of obsolete documents following established procedures.
Reporting and Billing Support
Label, sort, and categorize photos, videos, and related documents for ease of access and retrieval.
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of all documentation.
Coordinate with the Repair and Maintenance team in the event of LED or display-related issues.
Prepare billing and documentation reports as required by the Media Management Head, Specialist, or Associate.
Operations and Equipment Readiness
Ensure that all equipment, tools, and materials required for media monitoring and documentation are available and in good working condition.
Report equipment issues and coordinate repairs or replacements as necessary.
Maintain accountability for documentation-related tools, devices, and equipment.
General Administrative and Support Tasks
Prepare a daily, calendarized work coverage plan.
Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date filing of data and documents (both digital and physical).
Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of documents, information, files, and data related to United Neon Media Group and its engagements.
Initiate and respond to communications within the team and with other departments as required in the course of duties.
Support the team in achieving production targets and deliverables based on defined KPIs.
Prepare service reports as maybe required.
Coordination and Operational Support
Coordinate closely with the Media Management team to support content deployment and documentation requirements.
Learn and perform basic content uploading tasks to ensure operational continuity when required.
Conduct physical monitoring and site inspections of all LED locations, and coordinate with the Repair and Maintenance team in cases of technical, system, or equipment-related issues affecting media content.
Job Specification
Senior Highschool Graduate or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Media Management, or a related field preferred.
Relevant technical or administrative training is an advantage.
At least 12 years of experience in documentation, media operations, administrative support, or a related role (preferred).
Experience in media monitoring, reporting, or billing documentation is an advantage.
