Job Description

Inventory Audit

In charge of doing store reconciliation
Collaborates with Inventory Audit team , sales and retail operations and Finance
Do stock adjustment for valid transactions.
Monitor idoc errors and provide weekly report with resolution, responsible and timelines
Work with Inventory Audit team during store count and ensure timely updating and posting

Importation

Monitor shipment from the time D&T computation was approved by Importation Executive.
Coordination with the broker
Coordination with the warehouse
Update Importation Executive to build the weekly report

Requirements

Bachelors degree in business, supply chain or related fields
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management , physical count and importation
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Strong business acumen
Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Excel and SAP
