We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Logistics & Project Cargo Manager to lead our Domestic & Project Cargo Operations team. This role is responsible for managing project logistics operations, driving business growth, overseeing customer relationships, and ensuring successful execution of complex logistics projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project cargo and logistics operations.
• Prepare project cost estimates, revenue projections, and profitability analysis.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and commercial partnerships.
• Participate in tenders, RFQs, and business development initiatives.
• Lead project planning, execution, and operational control.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure service excellence.
• Optimize project profitability and revenue growth.
• Oversee supplier and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, safety standards, and financial controls.
• Mentor and develop team members while promoting a high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in project logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management

Proven commercial and business development capabilities

Experience handling large-scale logistics or project cargo operations

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills

Ability to manage project profitability and operational excellence
