POSITION TITLE: Logistics Process & Systems Support Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:
This position ensures efficient, effective, and optimal use of processes, applications, and communication to ensure service excellence within the company. The role will work closely with various functional teams and will focus on global profile administration and user access control within various systems including, but not limited to, ACSr, LSS, GFF, and ACSf.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Study LP and clarify customer requirements.
- Study LP/Manual to understand customer requirements.
- Clarify with LA/sales any issue found in LP.
Identify the need to manage system profiling
- Collaborate with other functions/teams whenever there is a need to manage system profiles and/or user access.
- Make clarifications to understand request details.
Coding and maintaining global master data and customer/system profiles in operation systems according to customer and business requirements
- Manage ACSR, LSS, GFF, and ACSF global master data.
- Manage ACSR, LSS, GFF, and ACSF customer related profile.
- Ensure data is managed within SLA.
Managing user access in LSS according to users needs.
- Handle internal user onboarding.
- Handle external user onboarding (customer).
- Manage user access change.
Global KPI / Report Management
- Work with operation team and IT to setup Global KPI/Report.
- Setup process for GPA to manage Global KPI/Reports.
Business Support
- Maintain GPA user manual for profile administration and user access control.
- Ensure proper documentation of all GPA processes.
- Act as a change management facilitator for implementation of new processes and applications.
- Support customer implementation projects.
- Creation of internal documentation.
- Support training for new and existing users as may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Holder of University Degree in Logistics, English, Business Management, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years experience in international logistics environment.
- Experience in Process Improvement and/or other relevant fields is an advantage.
- Broad and solid understanding of operational activities supporting customer solutions and transactional business, and corresponding IT applications.
- Good command of MS Office applications
- Well-developed communication skills, excellent command of English language and language relevant to office of domicile, both orally and in writing.
