About this Position The Analyst Transport Planning/Planner position is a key role within the Transportation Management System (TMS) for North America Supply Chain. An enthusiastic, self-starter with a strong drive to improve existing processes and systems is highly desired. Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate/long term priorities and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity. Key objectives will be achieving/improving/exceeding targeted customer service levels and managing on time shipments planning.
What Youll Do
- Process sales orders / deliveries an create shipment thru bulk planning process
- Responsible in clearing system errors to ensure complete transmission of shipments to the system
- To support dispute management function through carrier consolidation Support Carriers, Customer Excellence Team, and Local Transport Coordinators request thru email and calls Ensure to meet the KPI and SLA and contribute to the Team's overall performance
- Identify any process gaps and develop process improvements
- Provides administrative support for the process
- Executes daily operations, supports business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise
What makes you a good fit
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics and other related courses
- Experience in Logistics, Transport Planning of not less than 1 year
- Japanese Language Proficiency Level should be N1 or N2
- Knowledge in SAP, MS Office Tools should be necessary PowerBI, Power Automate, SQL, and other automation tools are of great advantage
- Keen to details and ability to work on large volume of data
- Willing to work on a hybrid working set-up and render 9am-6pm shift Monday to Friday
