Job Description

Job Description:

Manage and coordinate all logistical requirements for Scommerce inventory movement, including warehouse-to-warehouse (WH-to-WH) transfers, pickups from sellers, and returns to sellers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for 3PLs, managing the partnership to ensure efficient fulfillment of all logistics needs.
Oversee commercial terms and establish effective ways of working with 3PLs and Scommerce to optimize service delivery.
Forecast future logistical requirements based on business growth and operational plans.
Plan and manage logistics capacity to ensure sufficient resources are available for all inventory movements.
Collaborate closely with various business units to facilitate and manage seller pickup requests, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
Manages 3PL performance

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in logistics planning, inventory movement, or supply chain coordination, preferably within an e-commerce or fulfillment environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret logistical data and identify areas for improvement.
Proficiency in logistics software, inventory management systems, and forecasting tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A systems thinker, with the ability to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in daily tasks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
