Logistics Operations Specialist (Spanish Bilingual)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact
• Monitor and execute tooling demand across local & international sites
• Coordinate domestic & international logistics and returns
• Ensure on-time delivery and processing of inbound tools
• Manage site-to-site transfers and ETM catalog updates
• Provide regular reports, updates, and stakeholder communication

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Background in logistics, supply chain, planning, or operations
• Strong computer and system navigation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Customer-focused with strong service orientation
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
