We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across inbound, outbound, quality, and safety processes. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies.
- Manage warehouse operations, including layout, systems, and service level agreements.
- Direct transportation planning, optimizing fleet deployment and delivery performance.
- Supervise third-party logistics (3PL) operations and enforce best practices across sites.
- Drive cost management initiatives through process optimization and trade-off analysis.
- Implement business continuity plans (BCP) and risk management strategies.
- Ensure proper facility maintenance, housekeeping, and operational efficiency.
- Uphold food safety and EHS standards, exceeding compliance requirements.
- Develop and mentor team members through training, succession planning, and career development.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Engineering or Management-related course.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and 3PL operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management, supply chain operations, and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as needed.
