Logistics Operations Executive

The Logistics Operations Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics operations related to the import, export, storage, and distribution of goods across local and international markets. This role ensures that all goods are received, stored, and delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

. Handle logistics-related documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations

. Coordinate and manage inbound and outbound shipments, including customs clearance and freight arrangements.

. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

. Prepare shipping and delivery documentation, including invoices, packinglists

. Track and optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improvedelivery efficiency.

. Resolve any issues related to transportation delays, damages, or inventory discrepancies.

Maintain regular communication with sales and operations teams to align delivery schedules with customer requirements
