Summary
Logistics Assistant reviews J&T Express policies and procedures, gathers and analyzes data and creates reports with recommendations to improve our business functions and efficiencies to strengthen the overall operations of J&T Express.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Business Management, Logistics/Operations Management or similar field
- With at least 1-2 years experience preferably in a related field.
- Strong background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Thorough understanding of the optimization of service operations and standards of J&T Express to achieve success.
- Ability to prepare and present reports in all mediums.
- Knowledgeable in Strategic Management with strong business acumen.
- Problem-solving abilities and can relate to all levels of organization hierarchy.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Collects and organizes information from various sources like JTS and other systems, logistics, and sales reports.
- Conducts interviews with stakeholders and work with managers and employees to implement changes.
- Use statistical methods to analyze information and develop solutions to business problems.
- Identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations, relevant information, and data.
- Make reports with recommendations to be presented to the top management for improvement of the overall operations of J&T Express.
