For this position, you are responsible for maintaining records, coordinating with suppliers, answering client inquiries, and monitoring, checking, and encoding item inventory.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining warehouse management duties (Monitoring supply to track order shipments and deliveries).
- Facilitate shipping of products from one destination to another
- Prepares and coordinates product load for shipments
- Ensuring that goods are dispatched on time.
- Encoding, maintaining, receiving, and delivering goods on time.
- Use a computer to track product shipments across multiple channels.
- Writing orders for stock purchases or sales.
- Ensures stock, supplies, and shipment methods are coordinated for timely client delivery.
- Ensure materials are appropriately stored.
- Responsible for supervising and accounting for an inventory
- Ensuring that the data remains maintained and updated in the system.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelors Degree (Logistics, Business Administration, or in a related field)
- Work experience in logistics or supply chain management is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Computer skills
- Able to learn quickly, can pay attention to details, and multitask.
