Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead regional logistics operations across Asia, supporting global distribution to North America and other key markets. This role is critical in ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective shipment of finished garments, while driving continuous improvement across logistics processes.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a logistics team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to global markets including the US, Europe, and Asia
- Manage and monitor the performance of freight forwarders, vendors, and service providers
- Partner with suppliers to ensure smooth execution of shipment requirements and delivery timelines
- Ensure full compliance with international trade and customs regulations, including IPR, FTZ, and FTA requirements
- Provide expertise in supply chain initiatives such as First Sale implementation, LDP/DDP operations, and process enhancements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimise logistics performance
- Utilize MS D365 and other collaboration tools to manage logistics operations effectively
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics or supply chain – experienced in textile and wearing apparels is an advantange
- Proven experience managing international shipments, particularly to the US and other major markets
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, shipping documentation, and customs compliance
- Familiar with trade terms (FOB, DDP, LDP) and payment methods (LC, Tradecard, etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership experience with ability to manage and develop teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good Command of both written and spoken English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, ERP and cloud base applications
