Job Overview:
We are looking for a Logistics Manager with strong experience in managing supply chain and fulfillment operations, preferably within an online shopping or e-commerce platform environment. The ideal candidate will oversee the efficient movement, storage, and delivery of goods, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Manage inventory control, warehousing, and distribution processes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee returns and reverse logistics processes for e-commerce operations.
- Utilize technology and data analytics to streamline operations and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in logistics or supply chain management, with experience in an e-commerce or online shopping platform company.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
