Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Logistics Manager. The Logistics Manager will oversee daily operations related to inventory management, supply chain coordination, procurement, and logistics processes. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of products, optimizing inventory levels, and addressing customer service needs to maintain seamless operations. The role also requires identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the logistics pipeline.

What You'll Own

  • End-to-end coordination of US domestic shipping operations — from inbound freight to last-mile delivery
  • Preparation and review of packing lists, proforma invoices, and shipping documentation
  • Managing our 3PL and fulfilment relationships, ensuring accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency
  • Overseeing the returns process and collaborating with customer experience on resolution workflows
  • Supporting import and cross-border logistics for freight and oversized items
  • Maintaining operational SOPs and continuously improving fulfilment processes
  • Daily Fulfilment process to ensure orders are shipped on time
  • Ensuring the orders are delivered and proactively working on non-moving shipments

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management
  • Experience in Logistics Management and Procurement processes
  • 4+ years of operations experience at a native DTC eCommerce brand
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify Plus (or equivalent) and the broader app ecosystem
  • Solid understanding of US domestic shipping operations: carriers, rates, routing, SLAs, and freight nuances
  • Hands-on experience with packing lists and proforma invoices for both domestic and international shipments
  • General knowledge of import/export procedures, customs documentation, and freight forwarding
  • Familiarity with returns management, ideally Loop.

Salary for this role is 400 PHP per hour. Working hours TBD. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
