Abyssian - Logistics & Inventory Admin- Beauty Brand

We are a hair care brand sold at Sephora and other retailers around the world, and we are looking for a highly organized Logistics & Admin Admin to support our remote team.

This is not a creative marketing role. Read until the end for clear instructions on how to apply.

This is a practical operations role for someone who is good with Excel, inventory systems, SKUs, sales orders, invoices and stock movements.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Retailer & distributor operations

Receive client orders (Sephora, distributors, etc...) and coordinate fulfilment with our warehouse.

Help Marketing department with logistical support of marketing operations and events.

Follow up on shipping documents, local and international shipments

Inventory control

Keep inventory records accurate across warehouses, suppliers and fillers

Reconcile system stock with physical movements from suppliers and our French warehouse.

Manage stock discrepancies, negative stock and backorders

Orders, invoices & Shopify

Create Shopify / client invoices and match them with sales reports and payouts

SKUs, sets & assemblies

Create and update SKUs and barcodes for products, samples, sets and packaging

Manage BOMs for sets, refills, samples and assembled products

Reporting

Produce monthly sales and average stock holdings reports.

Assist management to set-up efficient inventory management systems with minimum stocks, automatic replenishments, etc...

You must be very comfortable with Excel, curious, a good problem solver and eager to participate to the fast growth of a young beauty brand.

VLOOKUP, pivots, formulas, cross-checking files and working with large spreadsheets will be part of the job. Smart use of Ai to create scripts in google sheets is a plus.

Experience with inventory systems is a plus (ex: Dear / Cin7).

Dual Logistics and Accounting background is ideal.

The right person is careful, structured and reliable.

This role requires someone who can work remotely, ask clear questions when something is unclear, and a strong sense of responsibility. Without logistics, we cannot sell products, it is the backbone of the business.

Salary 25,000 to 35,000 PHP per month depending on experience
