Location: Work is what you do, not where you go. For this role, we are open fully remote work and can hire anywhere in Philippines aligned to U.S. Eastern Time working hours.

About The Opportunity

hands-on operations lead responsible for day-to-day execution of time clock hardware fulfillment and reverse logistics. This is a non-manager player-coach role that drives queue health, SLA performance, and operational quality while serving as the primary escalation point for complex orders, shipping issues, and RMAs/returns.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Lead daily fulfillment operations: prioritize work, manage backlog/aging, and coordinate handoffs to meet SLAs.
  • Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to Fulfillment Specialists (work assignment, QA checks, documentation standards).
  • Process and resolve complex fulfillment work: high-priority orders, shipment exceptions, replacements/reships, and escalations.
  • Coordinate with 3PL/warehouse partners and carriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL) to release orders, confirm shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
  • Execute international shipping workflows and ensure accurate documentation using controlled references (e.g., HS codes from approved master data); escalate non-standard compliance concerns.
  • Own reverse logistics execution and governance: RMA validation, return labels, receipt confirmation, and disposition tracking.
  • Enforce hardware controls: serial/asset tracking and kit/accessory completeness for time clock bundles.
  • Maintain audit-ready records and ensure clean case management in Salesforce with clear, SLA-based updates.

Skills And Experience We Value

  • 610+ years in fulfillment/logistics/order management with 3PL and carrier coordination (hardware/electronics preferred).
  • Prior experience as a hands-on lead/SME (guiding daily work and escalations; not necessarily a people manager).
  • Working knowledge of international shipping processes and trade documentation basics.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivots/lookups/reconciliation) and high documentation discipline.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar case management tools).
  • Strong English communication and comfort working in a structured, high-volume environment.
