Operate assigned vehicles safely and responsibly to ensure the secure transport and delivery of products/goods to designated destinations.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any damage or mechanical issues to the Immediate Superior.
Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations while driving and handling equipment.
Transport products/goods as directed, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Strictly follow assigned routes and immediately report any deviations to the Immediate Supervisor.
Assist in planning delivery route schedules with the Driver to optimize efficiency.
Update the Logistics Supervisor on the status of deliveries and report any issues encountered in the field.
Load and unload products/goods for deliveries, demos, and returns.
Ensure that all cargo is properly secured to prevent damage during transport.
Conduct physical verification of rental/demo units before pulling them out from clients.
Confirm that all items released to clients match supporting documents, such as Sales Invoices, Transmittal Receipts, and Delivery Receipts.
Act as a custodian for important delivery documents, including Sales Invoices, Delivery Receipts, Official Receipts, and payment collections (cash or cheque).
Ensure the submission of all required paperwork to the Immediate Superior.
Ensure the physical security of transported products, goods, and cash payments.
Properly use and safeguard company assets such as vehicle keys and communication tools (e.g., mobile phones).
Assist the Delivery Crew in loading and unloading goods when needed.
Support the Driver in planning, transporting, delivering, and picking up customer orders.
Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective execution of tasks.
Requires multitasking and coordination to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining the assigned vehicle in good condition.
