We are seeking a motivated and independent Logistics Customer Service Executive to join our team. You will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth logistics operations and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Customer support: Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely updates to clients regarding shipments and deliveries.

Logistics coordination: Liaise with internal teams, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure efficient movement of goods.

Documentation management: Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and records to ensure compliance.

Problem-solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or service disruptions.

Continuous learning: Stay updated on logistics processes, industry practices, and customer service standards.
