Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Records incoming supplies and encode in the system for approval
  • Stock Monitoring: Conducts regular inventory checks/count to track stock levels and report discrepancies
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintains accurate records of stock movement (Stock Card), deliveries, and other documents related to the warehouse. Receives and coordinates all documents/items from other departments intended for branches
  • Shipment Coordination: Prepares and prints issue slip/delivery receipt of all orders and requests of branches and head office for timely delivery of goods. Counter checks all packed items before dispatch

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelors degree in any field
  • Prior experience in logistics custodianship and warehousing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory recording and tracking
  • Proficient in inventory software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant tools
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
