Role Description

This is a full-time Logistics Coordinator role based on-site in Batangas. The Logistics Coordinator is responsible in proper receiving and dispatching of finished products, and optimizing inventory management, coordinating supply chain processes efficiently, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key tasks include maintaining accuracy of all pertinent records of receipt and deliveries of finished products; performs analysis of bulk products; managing logistical schedules, tracking shipments, communicating with internal and external customers, and resolving supply chain issues to ensure timely deliveries. The role also requires maintains proper housekeeping and safe practice inside and around the depot/warehouse areas.

Some Of Your Daily Tasks Would Be

• Schedules truck lorries and other transport facilities for deliveries to customers.
• Coordinates with shipping companies on the receipt and dispatch of finished products and other materials.
• Prepares delivery receipts and other related documents based on delivery orders.
• Checks loading operations from storage tanks/warehouse to tank truck and other transport facilities following strictly safety procedures and assures that right quality and quantity are loaded and delivered to customers.
• Prepares storage tanks, warehouse, pier and other equipment/facilities including government agency's permit to receive respective finished products in accordance with set standard receiving procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Graduate, preferably Engineering Technology course
• Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in the warehouse and/or depot environment
• Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in distribution and chemical handling (receipt, storage, and dispatching)
• Experience or exposure in maintenance an advantage
• Good command in oral and written English
• Computer literate (knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel/Word, Oracle system or equivalent an advantage)
• Must have good ability to deal and communicate with people within and outside the company
• Physically and mentally fit to work with sound moral and social background
