About The Role
This role owns the end-to-end shipment coordination process between internal account managers, the China office/factories, and third-party freight partners — removing time-consuming administrative logistics tasks from the core team so they can focus on higher-value work.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the interface between internal account managers, the China team/factories, and third-party logistics and freight partners.
- Gather cargo details, packing lists, and commercial invoices to request and review freight quotes (e.g., air freight, sea containers, courier/DHL).
- Prepare export documentation and manage project workflows from quote approval through dispatch and ETA tracking.
- Maintain regular, proactive communication on shipping status and updates with freight partners and clients.
Requirements
- Strong time management, organizational, and document management skills.
- Able to own a structured independently, repeatable, end-to-end workflow with a high degree of precision.
- Excellent written English for prompt coordination with partners and clients.
- Comfortable working across project management systems, automated workflow triggers, and vendor-specific logistics portals.
- Working proficiency with AI tools.
