What You'll Do
- Receive, process, and coordinate B2B orders from retailers and distributors, ensuring accurate and timely communication with internal teams and UK/EU warehouses.
- Collaborate closely with 3PLs and warehouse teams to prioritise orders, confirm stock availability, and ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time and in full.
- Manage logistics coordination, including inbox management, order tracking and reporting, clear communication of delivery deadlines, and providing warehouse account managers with all required order instructions.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation (packing lists, commercial invoices, shipping instructions) and check warehouse packing information to ensure dispatch accuracy and compliance with required standards.
Key Criteria
- Intermediate experience in logistics or supply chain coordination, with a solid understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment processes.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external partners, including warehouses and 3PLs.
- Proactive, process-improvement mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and support continuous operational improvements.
- Experience working with UK retailers and an understanding of their operational and compliance requirements is a plus.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Full onsite setup for the first 36 months, aligned with UK business hours: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM PHT. Depending on performance, the role will transition to a hybrid work setup thereafter.
