Logistics Business Process Excellence Sr. Manager

The Senior Manager of Logistics Business Process Excellence is responsible for driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and standardization across end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations. This role leads the design, optimization, and governance of processes covering transportation, warehousing, distribution, and inventory management, ensuring alignment with business goals, cost efficiency, and service excellence. The position identifies process gaps, implements best practices, and champions methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to eliminate waste and improve performance. It also oversees the adoption of digital tools and systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, and analytics platforms), establishes KPIs and performance dashboards, and collaborates with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, finance, and procurement to deliver transformation initiatives. Additionally, the role leads change management efforts, develops a high-performing team, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
