Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Logistics Associate to support day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations. The role is primarily responsible for SAP-based logistics transactions, inventory monitoring, system validation, and coordination with the 3PL warehouse.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with SAP and Excel, with experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Logistics
- Check and post Goods Receipts for imported and local stocks from inbound deliveries in SAP.
- Check and post stocks from Value Added Service (VAS) production, including the issuance and consumption of bulk, packaging materials, and other components.
- Process outbound deliveries, including Goods Issue posting and invoice generation.
- Prepare and print required logistics documents such as packing lists, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Create Delivery Orders/Inbound Delivery documents for intra-company stock transfers.
- Perform other required SAP transactions, including transfer postings between store locations.
System Checking & Validation
- Review system transactions against Excel files and email requests to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct document-to-system validation and identify discrepancies.
- Perform system-to-system (S2S) checking between SAP and the 3PL system to identify errors or duplicate transactions.
- Monitor 3PL transactions to ensure postings are completed accurately and in real time.
- Maintain and organize hard-copy documents and records when required.
Inventory Management
- Validate monthly inventory cycle counts and secure copies of signed documentation.
- Process inventory adjustments in SAP, including write-offs and lot adjustments, with the required prior approval.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
Reporting
- Generate and send Stock on Hand (SOH) reports to the 3PL for system-to-system matching.
- Prepare monthly logistics reports, including Spoiled Goods Reports (SGR) and other required reports.
Process Improvement & Other Duties
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform other logistics-related and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant educational background.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and inventory data.
- Good organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
- Willing to work on-site in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of up to PHP 30,000 per month
- Meal Allowance: PHP 2,200
- HMO and Insurance (Day 1)
- 10 days Sick Leave pro-rated per annum, with up to 5 unused days convertible
- 10 days Vacation Leave pro-rated per annum, non-convertible
- 6 months contract with possible extension

- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
