JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor in Customs Administration
Fresh graduates can apply
With 1 year of experience in Logistic, is advantage.
Willing to work on a 5-month project-based contract
Amenable to attend interviews
Willing to work onsite in Makati City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Arrange and monitor orders, shipments, and delivery status.
Prepare shipping instructions based on customer requirements and Letter of Credit (L/C) terms, and coordinate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
Process wholesale trading and logistics transactions, including shipping instructions, invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, beneficiary certificates, and other required documents.
Review Letter of Credit (L/C) terms and compare them with shipping documents to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Check Bills of Lading and other shipping documents and coordinate with suppliers and third-party logistics providers.
Prepare insurance documents for CIF shipments.
