Job Description

At least College Level
Must be Computer Literate and knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive Apps (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
Experience in SCM - Logistics and Warehouse or equivalent is required
Knowledge in Inventory Systems such as NetSuite and SAP is an advantage but not required
Knowledge in E-comms Sales is an advantage but not required
Must have Strong Leadership Skills, Highly Organized and Excellent Communication skills

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Prepare and issue materials to production based on requisitions.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory items.
Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or computerized systems.
Assist in preparing delivery schedules, shipping documents, and logistics reports.
Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and production staff for delivery and pickup activities.
Conduct regular stock checking and assist in inventory audits.
Monitor the movement of materials in and out of the warehouse.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to the supervisor.
