The impact you'll make

You'll playa key role in keeping APAC logistics running smoothly and reliably. By supporting transport operations, system improvements, and high-quality SAP master data, you'll help ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and strong data foundations across Australia, Singapore, and the wider APAC region. Your work will directly support business continuity and the future APAC logistics model.

What you'll do

  • Support day-to-day APAC logistics operations, including international air and sea shipments
  • Assist with reviewing and improving transport flows as part of regional logistics projects
  • Coordinate freight RFQs, compare rates, and support cost analysis and decision making
  • Support the rollout and adoption of a new Transport Management System (TMS), including testing and data setup
  • Work closely with freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics execution
  • Review logistics accruals, invoices, and inventory data to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain and improve SAP master data for materials, customers, and logistics partners
  • Support automation initiatives to streamline pricing and master data processe

What will help you succeed

  • Some experience in logistics coordination, transport planning, with some master data experience.
  • A solid understanding of international logistics, air and sea freight, and Incoterms
  • Experience working with SAP, within logistics or supply chain environments
  • Experience with TMS, automation tools and systems implementation.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and process improvement
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working in a multicultural, regional environment
  • Any Power BI or reporting tools is a nice to have.
