Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Analyst role based in Pasig. The Logistics Analyst will monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment across warehouses and distribution channels. This role will track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements. The Logistics Analyst will coordinate with internal teams and external partners on shipment planning, inbound and outbound logistics, and resolution of delivery issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing regular logistics reports, supporting demand planning activities, optimizing inventory allocation, and assisting with audits and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements.
• Experience with inventory control and inventory management, including stock monitoring, reconciliation, and loss prevention.
• Ability to define, track, and report key performance indicators related to logistics and supply chain performance.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis tools; familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in Pasig and coordinate with regional or global teams as needed.
