Offer or promote services and provide cargo transportation solution to client particularly in social media with the goal of maximizing profit and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Job Scope

• Monitor and respond to inquiries of clients coming from the digital platform.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Call out client's leads through the platform being utilized by the company.
• Developing a plan to achieve sales target.
• Prepares daily sales activity report.
• Provide rate proposal to prospect clients and ensure follow through.
• Prepares weekly Sales Performance report.
• Involve and/or participate sales strategy planning with Immediate Superior.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunity daily through networking, social media, etc.
• Setting up meetings with potential client and getting their cargo handling needs.
• Represent the Company in negotiating/close deals and building business relationship with client.
• Monitor transactions generated and submit sales report to Immediate Superior.
