Logistics Manager

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
Minimum of 23 years of experience in logistics or a related area
Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
Strong background in monitoring, ordering, and delivery operations
Ability to oversee and respond to branch logistics requirements
Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog
Proven experience in supervising and managing a logistics team
Oversee the overall operations of the Logistics Department to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Supervise the movement of all stocks and products, both incoming and outgoing
Plan, schedule, and monitor deliveries to ensure completeness and on-time arrival
Coordinate with branch managers regarding stock requirements and inventory levels
Ensure timely replenishment and proper documentation of all deliveries
Liaise with technicians and maintenance teams for any branch renovation or repair needs
Ensure all shop equipment, facilities, and logistics operations are functioning properly and efficiently
Implement and uphold company standards and procedures in all logistics activities
