Logistics Manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in logistics or a related area
  • Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Strong background in monitoring, ordering, and delivery operations
  • Ability to oversee and respond to branch logistics requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Tagalog
  • Proven experience in supervising and managing a logistics team
  • Oversee the overall operations of the Logistics Department to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Supervise the movement of all stocks and products, both incoming and outgoing
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor deliveries to ensure completeness and on-time arrival
  • Coordinate with branch managers regarding stock requirements and inventory levels
  • Ensure timely replenishment and proper documentation of all deliveries
  • Liaise with technicians and maintenance teams for any branch renovation or repair needs
  • Ensure all shop equipment, facilities, and logistics operations are functioning properly and efficiently
  • Implement and uphold company standards and procedures in all logistics activities
