Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistic Dispatcher based in Ortigas, Philippines. The Logistic Dispatcher will handle day-to-day tasks such as scheduling deliveries, coordinating with drivers, managing routes, and addressing logistical challenges. The role also involves ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients, maintaining customer satisfaction, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly while supporting excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Dispatching and Phone Etiquette.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively.
• Proven ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
• Efficient multitasking and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in logistics management tools and software is an advantage.
• Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred but not mandatory.
