Basic Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle requests related to departmental logistics.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mails and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
- Update the meeting room calendar and schedule as needed.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Senior HR Officer or OCIC Management.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelors degree graduate.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with a positive working attitude.
