Job Summary:
The Medical Staff Services Support Analyst – Locums Facilitator is responsible for managing the intake and validation of external locums clinicians. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can validate third-party requests, initiate onboarding workflows, and maintain data accuracy in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will possess sound judgment, professional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Review & Validation: Review and confirm the completeness of locum's assignment letters.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate promptly and professionally with appropriate parties when assignment letters contain inaccuracies. Clearly explain errors and ensure resolution.
- Onboarding Execution: Initiate the onboarding process in designated systems of record once the assignment letter is validated. This includes:
- Sending internal applications.
- Performing primary source verifications.
- Data entry.
- Email communication.
- Process Improvement: Identify and document deficiencies in the third-party clinician intake process.
- Collaboration: Work with vendors and internal team members to resolve onboarding issues as they arise.
- Reporting: Distribute a weekly locums clinician reporting package to designated stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented and exercise sound judgment when validating third-party requests.
- Communication: Ability to communicate professionally, specifically when addressing inaccuracies in letters and explaining errors clearly.
- Workflow Management: Must be able to follow system-supported workflows outlined in electronic processing checklists.
- Volume Management: Capability to handle a high-volume workload effectively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively and professionally with multiple stakeholders.
