Main Responsibilities (Job Responsibilities)
- Slots Games Philippines Localization Planning
- From the perspective of Filipino players, we define the theme, cultural elements, and content packaging of Slots games.
- Make sure that the game theme, symbols, festivals, and storytelling are in line with Filipino player preferences.
- localized content requirement output
- Output clear localization requirements documents, covering gameplay adjustments, copywriting direction, art, and visual elements.
- Translate what Filipino players like into actionable game design requirements.
- Cross-departmental collaboration and promotion
- Work with R & D, art, operations, data and compliance teams to ensure localization solutions are implemented.
- Coordinate release tempo to ensure quality and launch time.
- Version performance monitoring and optimization
- Follow up on retention, payment, and player feedback after the localized version is launched.
- Based on data and market feedback, continuously optimize the localized content of Slots.
- Culture and market gatekeepers
- As an internal Filipino market representative, it proposes amendments to content that is not suitable for local culture.
Job requirements
Required conditions (Just-have)
- Philippine National, who has lived in the Philippines for a long time and has a deep understanding of local culture.
- Familiarize yourself with the entertainment and gaming preferences of Filipino players (online games, Slots, leisure or entertainment content).
- Experience in game, product, content planning or production (Slots/Casino/Mobile Games preferred).
