Key Responsibilities
- Validates the Deliver process within the context of the in-market finished goods warehouse network, ensuring alignment with receiving, storage, picking, loading and dispatch practices
- Works with local warehouse managers (internal or 3PL) to assess how SAP processes and master data map onto warehouse operations and physical flows
- Supports the coordination and review of stock locations, inventory management settings, staging areas and loading points
- Supports stock build planning and execution as part of cutover readiness, ensuring warehouse capacity, layout, and operational continuity are covered
- Participates in UAT and post-go-live Hypercare for warehouse execution and dispatch incidents
- Requirements Gathering & Fit-Gap Analysis
- Support assessments between global templated vs local requirements and maximize fit-to-template localization adoption
- Translate business needs into system requirements and process changes, whilst securing minimal customizations
- Solution Delivery Support
- Review testing scenarios and support defect resolution.
- Review cutover and deployment plan for the sub-function
- Support data conversion, cutover, and go-live activities and hypercare related to the process domain
What You Need To Succeed
- Experience with finished goods warehouse operations and relevant third-party logistics provider (3PL) contracts and setups
- Familiarity with SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or WM (Warehouse Management) is desirable
- Comfortable operating across operations, IT/technical teams, and business SMEs to validate logistics data and cutover feasibility
- Able to communicate clearly with logistics teams, transport planners, and warehouse supervisors
