THE ROLE:
The Associate Account Manager is a junior-level, remote support role focused on the day-to-day execution and maintenance of Google Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns across a high volume of client accounts, working under the guidance of Account Managers to complete platform updates, perform quality assurance checks, monitor campaign pacing, and maintain accurate account documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ year of hands-on experience managing or supporting Google Local Services Ads (LSA) campaigns
- Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and common campaign performance metrics
- Strong attention to detail with a habit of self-checking work before marking tasks complete
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, dashboards, advertising platforms, and internal reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across a high volume of accounts
- Clear written communication skills for documenting completed work
- Ability to identify issues, ask questions, and escalate concerns appropriately
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support day-to-day execution and maintenance of Google LSA campaigns across a high volume of client accounts
- Complete assigned manual updates within the LSA platform under Account Manager direction
- Assist with campaign setup, account updates, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Update account settings, budgets, targeting, and platform configurations as assigned
- Monitor assigned accounts for issues or discrepancies and flag concerns to Account Managers
- Maintain accurate campaign records, change logs, and task documentation in internal systems
- Support QA process for campaign launches, monthly updates, and ongoing account maintenance
- Review automated QA flags and investigate items requiring attention
- Complete structured QA checks before and after campaign changes using established checklists
- Monitor daily campaign activity and spend against established pacing targets
- Identify and flag unusual activity, pacing variances, or potential account issues
- Maintain pacing notes and supporting documentation in internal systems
- Manage multiple tasks across a high volume of accounts while meeting deadlines
- Participate in team training, process walkthroughs, and knowledge-sharing sessions

- Resolving QA issues efficiently and helping campaigns move through launch and update processes smoothly
- Maintaining organized and accurate account documentation and change logs
- Communicating clearly and promptly with Account Managers about task status and potential issues
