Position Overview

Zywave is looking for a Local SEO Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the main support for the Digital Marketing Specialist team. You will implement website changes, SEO research, key work research, set up google analytics, set up google business profile pages, etc.

As the Local SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in managing stand-alone business listing partners as well as implementing search marketing strategies and activities. You will manage the timely execution of SEO tactics and track, measure, and report on all campaign work each month. You will need to effectively communicate data, both verbally and in writing, to the Digital Marketing Specialist as well as perform content research and set up monthly data reports for clients. In this position, it will be important that you stay current with industry trends and standard methodologies in order to optimize website content based on client's geo targeting and demographics.
Position Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional experience with SEO
- 2-4-year degree
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Advanced knowledge of search engines, how they work, and the factors involved in rankings
- Knowledge of SEO tools including Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, etc.
