Job Description:

• Accurately weigh, batch, and stage raw materials according to production schedules and product specifications
• Ensure all weighed materials are free from contaminants and properly labeled for traceability
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the batching area, tools, and equipment in compliance with GMP
• Inspect weighing scales and machines before use, reporting any irregularities or malfunctions immediately
• Record daily raw material balances and support inventory accuracy through proper documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate vocational or technical course in Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food production, batching, or weighing operations
• Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and basic food safety standards
• Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work flexible or extended hours when needed
