Job Description:

• Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to support strategic planning.
• Analyze financial data and develop business cases to guide key decisions across functions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights for innovation, pricing, and investment.
• Develop dashboards and tools for real-time financial reporting and decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff within the section.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field CPA or CMA preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Proficient in ERP and business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
