Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the manager in business development (BD) planning and strategy formulation for the Philippine market, including market research and analysis.

Conduct on-site inspections, evaluations, data collection, and analysis for potential new store locations, and prepare location assessment reports.

Participate in business negotiations (including but not limited to negotiations with shopping malls, landlords, and potential partners), and assist in preparing negotiation materials.

Act as the primary contact on behalf of the company, maintaining strong relationships with key partners such as mall management teams and landlords.

Provide administrative support related to site selection and lease agreements.

Track market trends, competitor information, and emerging business opportunities.

Regularly report BD progress and market insights to the manager.

Job Requirements:

3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, retail expansion, or related business development; prior experience in the Philippine market is preferred.

Strong business negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Candidates with an established local commercial real estate network are preferred.

Solid market analysis, data interpretation, and report-writing abilities.

Proactive, quick learner, able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
