Job Description

As the Loans Receivable Officer, you will:

  • Build and reconcile loans receivable reports using Excel and Power BI.
  • Monitor loan issuance, repayments, refunds, and force-closed/write-off accounts.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments for loan account movements and updates.
  • Reconcile loans receivable balances for financial statement reporting.
  • Prepare aging of receivables and manage bad debt provisions and write-offs.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR regulations in receipt processing and archiving.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules as requested by finance leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Loans Receivable Officer should have:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or any finance-related course.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Finance/General Accounting or equivalent.
  • Experience with accounting systems and loan management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of financial data.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with multi-level teams.
  • Knowledge in financial analysis, Power BI, and presentation skills.
