Unlock Your Potential!

At TOA Global, we have a deep commitment to empowering individuals to excel in their enterprises, careers, and communities. Our global footprint stretches across Australia, New Zealand, North America, and the Philippines, supporting our global clients across the banking, mortgage brokering, and corporate finance industries.

We are seeking an experienced, detail-driven Loan Support Officer to join our onsite operations team. In this role, you will support a fast-growing, AI-driven international non-bank lender that specializes in flexible documentation loans for business owners, expats, and non-residents. Operating directly out of our modern facilities, you will serve as a crucial bridge between funders, property valuation networks, and mortgage brokers. If you have solid experience navigating the Australian lending space and want to elevate your career within an advanced, tech-forward credit ecosystem, this position is designed for you.

Your Impact

  • Scenario Management: Submit, follow up, and manage initial loan scenario proposals with institutional funders, ensuring prompt responses and accurate data exchange to confirm credit appetites.
  • Valuation Coordination: Request, monitor, and track residential and commercial property valuations through industry-standard portals, driving timely turnaround times and resolving processing friction.
  • Credit Notes Architecture: Draft and complete detailed, comprehensive credit assessment notes for active loan files, providing clear summaries of key financial metrics, serviceability calculations, and risk profiles.
  • File Escalation Oversight: Lodge, track, and manage complex file escalations with funders, serving as a tenacious advocate to ensure high-priority or time-sensitive pipeline cases are resolved quickly.
  • Loan Application Pre-Checks: Conduct thorough, upfront quality-assurance pre-checks on all incoming loan application documents to verify structural completeness, accuracy, and adherence to policy guidelines before passing files to formal assessment.
  • Broker Liaison & Document Control: Collaborate directly with mortgage brokers to systematically chase down outstanding supporting documents required for pending applications, maintaining clear timelines and an exceptional service experience.
  • Ad Hoc Operational Support: Provide flexible administrative support across broader pipeline fulfillment functions, assisting with operational tracking to ensure smooth settlements.

What You Bring

  • The Experience:A minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in the Australian mortgage or finance industry, ideally gained working within a non-bank lender, mortgage aggregation group, or premium brokerage structure.
  • Specialized Background (Highly Regarded): Prior professional experience supporting non-bank credit frameworks, specialized alt-doc products, or operating within environments similar to major international non-bank lenders is highly desirable.
  • Industry Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with Australian property and credit databases (e.g., CoreLogic, Equifax, NextGen/ApplyOnline), alongside intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for document pipeline tracking.
  • Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills, with the professional clarity and confidence required to negotiate file updates with funders and support international mortgage brokers.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: High numerical and data-entry accuracy, crucial for catch-all pre-checks, drafting formal credit summaries, and reviewing complex valuation reports.
  • Problem-Solving Agility: An analytical mindset equipped to manage transactional escalations, identify process bottlenecks, and implement smart pipeline solutions under tight timeline pressures.
