To secure loan approval from bank partners for bank financing accounts.
To timely review the account, collect documentary requirements from buyers, deliver accounts to banks, and monitor the loan approval with banks within the set turnaround time.
To regularly update the monitoring files for coordination and alignment of status per account with internal partners and partner banks.
To provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of any business course, preferably Business Administration or Finance
With at least 2 years of working experience in the real estate industry
