Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Loan Sales Officer (Branch OIC) role based in Davao. The Loan Sales Officer will oversee the branch and its sales activities; manage the loan client acquisition and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging prospective and existing clients, assessing loan applications, generating leads, and promoting loan products through various sales channels. The role also involves supervising branch operations, monitoring portfolio performance, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve client concerns. The Loan Sales Officer is expected to contribute to branch growth targets while upholding high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the overall branch operations to ensure efficient and compliant service delivery
• Expand the branch's loan portfolio through client acquisition and business development initiatives
• Implement sales and marketing activities to support revenue and growth targets
• Foster and maintain relationships with customers, business partners, and community stakeholders
• Monitor branch productivity, service quality, and financial performance
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards
• Review branch reports, budgets, and performance indicators, and recommend improvements when necessary
• Lead, mentor, and support branch personnel to achieve individual and team goals
• Provide regular updates and business reports to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related discipline
• At least four (4) years of loan sales experience in financing services environment/industry
• Strong background in branch operations, lending, account generation, and portfolio management
• Proven success in business development and achieving sales targets
• Established network of clients, referral sources, or business contacts is an advantage
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop teams
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills
• Willing to be assigned in Davao City
• Available to start as soon as possible
