Role Description The Loan Processor role at BSSMC is a full-time, on-site position based in Nueva Vizcaya. This role is responsible for managing loan applications from initial intake through final approval, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and reviewing borrower information, preparing and organizing loan documents, coordinating with applicants and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, and updating systems with current loan status. The Loan Processor also supports underwriting activities by verifying data, identifying potential issues, and communicating clearly with stakeholders to move each application efficiently through the process. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and a commitment to delivering a professional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of loan processing workflows, including experience handling Loans and Loan Processing tasks.
- Ability to prepare, review, and manage Loan Documents with accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
- Foundational understanding of Underwriting principles to support evaluation of borrower eligibility and risk.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficiency with loan management systems and standard office software tools.
- Experience in banking, lending, or financial services is preferred.
- Relevant education in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
