Job Description

  • Review and verify loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Collect and organize necessary documentation (e.g., income verification, credit reports,tax returns
  • Communicate with applicants to request missing information.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and lending policies.
  • Work with underwriters to assess creditworthiness and risk factors.
  • Coordinate with loan officers, title companies, and other parties to facilitate loan closings.
  • Maintain detailed records of loan applications and statuses.

Job Requirements
