Loan and Agency Management Officer a critical role responsible for ensuring the integrity of our loan portfolio and driving accurate, efficient loan transaction processing.
- Oversee and validate loan release operations to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Monitor collections and generate monthly reconciliations across LMS, ERP, and accounting systems
- Analyze discrepancies and work closely with Credit and Collection teams to resolve issues
- Produce financial schedules and performance reports for leadership
- Maintain documentation for bank loan processes and audit support
- Provide coverage support within the LAM team as needed
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in loan operations, financial reporting, or portfolio management
- Ability to collaborate across departments including Finance, Credit Control, and ICT
- Proven track record of working with systems like LMS, ERP, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
